Consultations

  • Identify opportunities and constraints
  • Site assessment
  • Present project proposal with cost expectations with guaranties and allowance for unidentified finishes
  • Signature to proceed
  • Set up a log into our project management program so that client may follow the progress and list the needed selections

Selections and Finishes

  • Select tile, cabinetry, plumbing, etc.
    Everything is entered into Project Management Program and approved by the client
  • Finalize interior and exterior finishes
  • Finalize layout and scope
  • Sign contract after agreement of cost is concluded. No money down at this point
  • Permit and construction documents begin

Construction Agreement

  • Order long-lead material needed for job construction
  • Review detailed scope of work and final sketch
  • Set start and completion date
  • No money due to commence work. Progress billing is set with agreed upon job benchmarks

Pre-Construction

  • Introduce job superintendent to home owner
  • Go over job process from production to demolition and finish work
  • Secure Required Permits

Construction

  • Construction is overseen by Project Superintendent with ownership always available to solve any unforeseen issues
  • All communication and job progress will be tracked on Project Management Program
  • Construction through punch list
  • Invoicing based on progress payment. (You don't pay for what you don't have)

Warranty

  • Present home owner info kit
  • Review 1-year materials warranty
  • Complete client satisfaction survey
  • Written 1 year labor warranty will be provided upon completion and payment of job
