Where we work with service providers — Jobber for business management and Stripe for payment processing — those providers access your information only to perform services on our behalf. We may share project-specific information with licensed subcontractors on a need-to-know basis. We will disclose information if required by law.

Your information is stored within Jobber’s platform, which uses encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure cloud storage on AWS, and annual independent security audits. Payment data is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card or banking information on our own systems.
